    That would require knowledge of Photoshop, HTML, CSS, maybe some JavaScript and a programming language such as PHP or ASP.NET. All I can say is visit www.amazon.com and buy some books :) There's no "kickstart" for this.

    Hm doesn't work in Opera on Linux either... You might want to get rid of the rollover menu's, or use Flash to do it...

    You can do this with PHP for example. But it all depends on the type of information you want to fetch: plain HTML, RSS, etc.

    Be aware that Frontpage generates all but valid HTML. It's designed to make websites that'll work for Internet Explorer. Lately, a lot of people use Firefox or Safari or Opera, you'd want them to see your website too.
