    I understood what you were wanting. You'll have to hard code it into the template files. Beware, though that if someone has a smaller screen, doesn't have their window maximized or is on a mobile, it'll push the main content off the screen to the right.

    CSS isn't designed for interactivity. Even elements like hover, transitions and animations are meant for design purposes. People tend to confuse feedback with interactivity. They aren't the same.

    Generally, with a shopping cart setup, you'll have a database that is separate from the files themselves. Look around in the admin backend to see if there's an option to export the products, settings, etc.
