The top graphic is amazing. I think a page background would be good, something light, a simple texture. It's a bit unclear that the site is your personal graphics page, you might want to put "Rise's pimpin' page" or some other cheesy slogan on the top banner.

Are you sure you uploaded the quicktime video to the right place? What's the html code you're using?

if it's all in the same scene, cant you just use play(); ? if you only want one layer to play, i dont know how, or if its even possible. try double clicking the movie clip and editing the actionscript in there perhaps, starting with stop(); then play();ing after some action.

There seems to be more space between the first and second column than the second and third. Also, it would be better if the site name and slogan were the same width. Perhaps remove the spacing in-between the letters of the slogan, or make the title bigger?

Click on the object and press F8, on that screen name it whatever and select...um, i cant remember what it's called. Graphics something (its the one that ISNT Movie Clip or Button). When it's a graphic symbol (?), it should have the alpha. Also, you might want to tween, otherwise it doesnt...
