I would like to know about user interface. I mean to say, how to make UI of website so that visitors become stable

no. thats a bad example of user interface. user interface USUALLY involves a login script and registration so the wbsite can store information about you and let u edit it. the editing the information whether it is about u or not (how the user can do it) is the UI. like jquery UI is about draggable elements for one example. and thats what UI is.
