BUT

KB - KNOWLEDGE BASE

SE0 - SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZED
SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION

And SEO friendly URL means that it will have keywords relating to the page in it.

Look at the end of the URL's in this forum.

Compare:

http://www.example.com/index.php?id=2321312 (not SEO friendly)
vs
http://www.example.com/detailed-description-of-page (SEO friendly)

let me know where you came accross the same.
Let me tell you what i know.

Dont know the "KB" part, but SEO friendly urls are like
for a post i can say either:

1. http://www.webdesignforum.com/9786/
2. http://www.webdesignforum.com/9786-what-does-term-mean.html

first one is simply a post id or a normal url, that the search engine indexes simply. but the second one is a Canonical or SEO friendly or scribed URL or Re-written URLs that SEs will index as it is and that really is of Great value in indexing your content.
