To me...

Everything kind of runs together, try blocking them out.
I am not sure if I liked the background fixed, it doesn't seem as professional.
Try making the logo more colorful or abstract, it would make company seem more professional.

Honestly, it looks like a late 1990s cheap default template or an old Homestead site. I say this, because when I learned HTML 4 in high school around that time, this is the kind of thing I turned out.

Needs lots of fixing

Your icon looks like a hay bale. You've basically cut and pasted the ad onto your homepage. Hardly readable.

God awful font colors at the bottom for contacting. Doesn't even match the green of your company logo.

Needs lots of work, man.

The background yellow is completely distracting me from the important parts of your website.

And when i look away my eyes are blurry

Maybe I'm just getting old. This site does need work nonetheless
