website not working in firefox

my website isnt working in firefox, but it is working in IE. can anyone help me out with my dilemma?

should only be css at the end. check the extension on your css file too!

i fixed some of it, but now the top is messed up, any suggestions?

I have tried to figure out, but your CSS "banner" id is empty (no images or text). Maybe you should provide any image how it should be look, and then...
