VPS provider with different server locations?

I’m evaluating VPS hosting solutions and am particularly interested in providers that give customers the option to choose from different server locations. Key factors I am looking at include uptime guarantees, responsive support, and transparent pricing. Is Hostingsource.com vps worth trying? Any reviews? If anyone can share their experience with reputable companies offering this flexibility, I’d be grateful.
