Updating Site with RSS Feed

In laymen's terms as I am a novice, how can have my rss feed automatically update a page of my site without having to manually update the page? What do I need to do to make this happen? Thanks.

I dont know if i understand you well (maybe because of my bad english so please dont be evil! )

You want your RSS-Feed to update automatically when you update manually your page?
Or you want to update your RSS-Feed without updating your page? (But if you want that, which informations do you want to update in your RSS-Feed?)

Look into Content Management Systems like:

Wordpress
Joomla!
Drupal

All three of these can do what you're wanting. If you're wanting to code this yourself then you'll need to learn PHP.

Thank you for your responses. I think that the CMS might be a little too complicated for me. I decided to input new items manually.
