trying to add fb & instagram upload buttons

hi all, im a noob, trying to add a facebook upload and instagram upload button so people can submit pics from their respective accounts... Im going to be printing them on canvas/etc.....please help..in detail..thanks in advance

Adding direct upload buttons for Instagram and Facebook on a website is tricky due to API restrictions. The safest approach is to use share buttons:
