Transparent Scrollbar makes text blurry?

I am reposting this thread in this forum...I think I had it in the wrong category

Hi, I am redesigning my website and trying to incorporate a transparent scrollbar:

The text in the div is blurry. When I remove the chroma filter code, it corrects it, but I don't have my transparent scrollbar. Any ideas?

So it seems as if no one has a solution to my blurry text issue...Any ideas on how I can find more info? Thanks for your help
