Suggestions For My Site...

Any suggestions for my website would be greatly appreciated. I'm new to the web. Not graphic design. I used golive cs for my site. I hear dreamweaver is the way to go but I don't have the fundage. I really want my site to look sharp. I'm looking for design suggestions. thanks

Well I would always use a title tag which represents what the site is about, also important for search engines.The white text in the navigation menu is a little hard to read, could do with being a fraction bigger and/or bolder.
Also I would consider a slightly different font for the main text area.

I would also reduce the top margin of the site, looks to be too much empty space at the top of the page.
