Strange code on certain pages

Sorry if I sound a bit dim but I am self taught and dont necessarily understand the fine detail of website design. Trawling through my pages to optimise title, description and keywords etc I have come across the following code that I dont remember putting in.

Example:

v\:* { behavior: url(#default#VML) }
o\:* { behavior: url(#default#VML) }
.shape { behavior: url(#default#VML) }
h1
{margin-top:12.0pt;
margin-right:0cm;
margin-bottom:3.0pt;
margin-left:0cm;
page-break-after:avoid;
font-size:16.0pt;
font-family:Arial;
}
</style>
<![endif]--><!--[if gte mso 9]>
<xml><o:shapedefaults v:ext="edit" spidmax="1027"/>
</xml><![endif]-->

Is this automatically generated by Frontpage or should I worry that the page has been interferred with?

As ever any advice is appreciated.

Although I've never seen them put quite like that on straight css styles it looks like special effect code for something... since the whole style code isn't there I couldn't tell you for what.
