Software for making RSS?

Anybody know easy-to-use software for making an RSS feed? I want to create a
RSS file manually and easily publish to my webserver...

I have an RSS Sitemap template that can be used to create RSS Sitemap feeds. You can just plug in your info, save it as .xml and upload to your server.

You have to generate your own information in XML format. It is not that hard. You just need to learn the XML format, get the information in your database that you want to generate, and return in XML format.
