I am not getting targeted users on my website. I have done everything in seo stuff. But still i found there could be a UI problem.

I would also go with adwords, you can also buy Prepaid "credits" on adwords, so when they run out the ad is simply taken off until you make a payment again. So no hidden costs and whats even better, you can integrate it into Google Analytics and see which keywords drive the most useful traffic to your site... Really cool I'd say

Start small - focus your search to a specific area. Start with the country you live in, focus on the city you live in, then go even deeper than that.
I get the feeling you are trying to do a worldwide SEO campaign which is probably not a good idea with a new website. Google puts quite a bit of emphasis on the age of a website.
