Searching for Reliable Dedicated Servers With Low-Latency Global Routing

I need providers with excellent network peering, stable low-latency routes to EU/US/Asia, and multi-homed uplinks.
Minimum spec: 8+ cores, 64 GB RAM, dual NVMe. Must allow BGP sessions or at least custom IP announcements.
DDoS protection is a big plus. Any reviews on Hostingsource.com dedicated hosting service? Is it reliable? Alternatives?
