Your site has a great aura to it. The colors are excellent. And these are the issues/problems with your site:
1. Text on the banner is hard to read.
2. The banner is not the right feel for your industry. The lady looks like she should be on a matching maker website.
3. The text is too small.
4. Too much text all spread about. Your visitors wont know where to start or what to do.

Too much text. I feel a person should be able to look at a site and immediately know what it is and where to go.

I agree with the text being too small and too abundant. Though the colors are pleasing, the site seems a bit cluttered with information.
