Recommendations for Bare-Metal Servers With GPU Acceleration?

Looking for dedicated providers offering RTX 4090, A6000, or L40 GPUs.
Must allow Docker/Kubernetes GPU passthrough. Need at least 1 Gbps unmetered, ideally 10 Gbps.
Locations in North America or Central Europe preferred. Can I rely on GTHost.com servers?
Have seen they offers a great list of options to choose from. Any alternatives please?

Now, I do want to say that GTHost.com has been responsive in their dealings, which cannot be said about many other hosts. Overall, this appears to be a decent web host that is really trying to make a good name for itself in the web hosting business. Right now, many AMD servers are available at discounted prices for a limited time. Toronto and Zurich - Ryzen 9 9950X for top-tier processing power.
