nice logo.
colour scheme works well but it is a little bit dark, though that's more personal taste maybe
email and phone number are too small
i don't think the split words on top of the images work - e.g. internet architecture. the words should belong together visually (and in meaning) but they are too far apart and separated by the faded part of the image on the left. you have nice images why not use them full width of the whole blue part?
you need proper alts that reflect the content of the image
html5 dtd but then built in tables. tut tut.
