Great design.

I really like the large icons on the navigation menu, and the spacing is well-done. It all looks very nice.

My only criticism is that the lists on your sidebar are tough to read because of the centered text.

I like it. It's a clean layout.

I do agree with mgasparel the site bar maybe needs to be lighter to make it easier to read but besides that keep up the good work.
