Question: How could I accomplish this on my website?

Hi guys,

I run a website for off campus housing for college students, and I was thinking about implementing something resembling the following:

I'd like to create an app on my site that would ask the user a series of questions such as "do you own a car?, what is your budget?, how far from campus would you like to live?, etc" and based on those questions it would eliminate unfeasible buildings/areas for them to live and ultimately recommend a certain building/area that would be perfect for them based on their responses.

Is this possible to create with no/minimal coding? If not, would any of you guys be interested in writing this for me for a fee? Let me know via replies to the thread
