hmmm, interesting,
this is what i get when I put my site into the validator.

and thats what i always get, I certainly dont ever get 400+ errors listed.

I've been getting a second error. It says that hgroup doesn't exist. I know it was removed from the spec, but I choose to rebel anyway.

Yep hgroup was deprecated but you see it a lot (guilty as charged) as it's in the Wordpress 2012 theme.
