problem with webstudio 5

hi guys; i have being using wbestudio for 1 month but i have a big problem... i can't inserit in the page an image with transparent background (PNG images). when i put an image it appears damaged, why?
p.s. i'm italian so don't use complex language please

damaged? as in the background is grey instead of trans? or stretched out of proportion?
