Practice Database

I have done a brief search and cannot find what I am looking for. I want to crack open my ASP and .NET books and practice up on some things. I am looking for a free, downloadable, practice database that I can make a website bounce off of. Anyone have any ideas? Seen anything like this anywhere on the web? Thanks in advance for your replies.

I realise this doesn't answer your question directly, but why don't you quickly create your own database? It isn't difficult. Also, which databse platform did you have in mind, MySQL, pqsql, Access, MSsql?

You did say you were using .NET arcitechture, so I asume anything that has ODBC drivers will do, right?

Lastly, how experienced are you in server-side scripting?

any access database would work just fine. mysql would be alternate option. also, microsoft offers a free bare bones verserion of MS SQL for development porpuses that you could download.
