Please Help!!!

Okay I made a Flash Document w/ buttons and everything for our paintball teams website. Now how do I upload my Flash Document to a URL Domain or w/e it's called. Please help me because I need it up and running by the end of this week.

Who is your domain host? They should have information and instructions for uploading to your website on their server.

I don't have an affiliate or business relationship with them, but I personally use MochaHost (http://www.mochahost.com).

I've only moved to them within the past few months, but to date there have been no insurmountable problems, no detected downtime (I monitor http, pop and ftp), and what little need I have had for online support has been prompt. I cannot say that there is anything that particularly makes them stand out from anyone else....but so far I am content.

Other than my personal experience with them, I cannot offer any particular recommendations. Anyone else?
