Photoshop crazy stroking

I've got this rounded rectangle tool which I draw a box with.
Nothing odd yet. But. Now I want a border, just simple straight border. Following outside.

You might tell me to use the Select->Modify->Border.. thing Photoshop has got. But when I use it it adds a shadow outside the selected borderarea.

Not the easiest thing to explain but I tried. If you don't understand, please ask.

Thanks in advance,
Richard aka inkui
