This is the TEST page for a site I am doing a COMPLETE re-design for...

no one uses splash pages anymore it's just an extra thing to get over before getting to the site content

Dave is right. Splash pages are very bad for SEO. It's your landing page... The most important page on your website.

Try avoid it if possible.

I definitely wouldn't say no one uses them any more, but they are really annoying :|. Include your flash into with your first page with more info on your services.

The design is very cute, I like the polka dots & the background, but make the title stand our more.

ok.... so, back to the drawing board... if I SKIP the splash screen, and iFrames are OUT (previous thread) then, what s a possible solution to load my galleries on the same page?

Just make a nice main page with text content in it, and add your gallery... . Now when someone will enter this website, he will see the gallery. In this link (the first) I didn't even figured you placed a gallery in it, it looks like an image.

do it like a portfolio websites, photographers are using them.

i really enjoy this, but am having NO LUCK installing this 'galleria'-- anyone help?
