Need some tips

I'm trying to get better the webgraphics.

First of all, mine previous layout;

I must say to mineself there is a lot of improvement but I'm not yet quite happy witht he menu buttons at the top and mine overall content.

Any tips are apreciated

I would say, see websites templates, websites of other companies in your industry, search for impressive and clean websites design. At the beginning even try to make exact copy, then change it... But you have to improve yourself.

I would say that I like the first one,Though I can see improvement in your work. I suggest follow what smoovo said. I believe you can do better!

Hey atm, I came with this so far;

Some suggestions are welcome, I would like maby some other style of the menu at the left side because it isn't metal looking.

Edit;Don't mind the text, in the future it will be replaced with a logo.
