need help on automatic sliding panels

hey i'm a new web page designer, and i'm looking for tips on how to make my sliding panels on my index page become an automatic sliding panels.

Do you know the basics of javascript? Google "jquery ui" and have a look at the slide animations. It's really easy and a great framework to work with that you can do many other cool things as well.
