Navigation Bar

Hi All, Hows Life...

I am new to this site and after some help already.

I am building a website, which is my first, but I like a challenge. I have the same navigation bars throughout my site, The top navigation bar has pop up menus which as the site grows will need to be added to.

And now the question......

How do I keep the navigation bar on the page and just update the information below it. This way i will only have to update one pop up menu not every page.

Any help would be appreciated.

The old way would be to use frames. You shouldn't be using this anymore though. A better way would be to use an include file statement.
