I think the homepage has too much on it and takes too long to fully load.
Also the header looks a little big and the google search with the white background looks completely out of place.

i think that helped greatly. One thing you might want to think about that could organize it well would be to separate the content from the sides from the middle. doing this by maybe having the sides in white with a border up each side of the black center or somthing might give better focus to the viewer although it would change the look of your website that you may not intend. therefore possible having grey up each side with a white line may better go with the dark look that you carry with the webiste. just an idea to try
