# Absolute positioning can be problematic across browsers. You have excessive positioning rules.
# Integrate all the styles you wrote into a CSS (you have none)
# Meta tags make it look better in search engines (but don't think your address could be searched)
# Alt tags missing from images (blind people need images too)

# I'd suggest added a color change or something to the links to show which page of yours the user is currently on. Or put it in the title tag... or a header on the pages
All in all, it is simple and fits what you are trying to go for, which is advertising yourself. I might make that more apparent that is the purpose of it on the main page.
