I have a couple issues with the site.
"Someone is getting on your nerve?" should be "Someone getting on your nerves?"
It looks like you tried to be real 2.0, but failed. I would redo the entire site. Also I don't get why it's 'funny' to make a profile about someone that's getting on your nerves. I understand the site concept but wouldn't pitch it as being funny to write bad things about your friends/family. It would be better if you pitched it as a service to talk about what is getting on your nerves and other users reply to the original poster as well as rate the original post.
Upon signing up, I think there should be a way to view all the new/popular profiles that have been setup.
After looking more into the site, it seems that you setup a profile that is intended to rip on your friend/family member that you dislike. I find this to be completely inappropriate and think you are advocating cyber-bullying by allowing them to post real images and real names of the person then telling users to link the profile to friends so they all can laugh at the person being wrote about in the profile.
What needs to be done is that users can make an account intended to post rants about friends/family anonymously without being able to use their real name & photo. The user will be able to post rants whenever they having issues and the community will comment and vote on these rants which will be displayed in a new/popular section on the site.
I don't feel that you intended for the use of the site to be maliciously but it's what it will turn out being without changes made to the overall functions.

- Logo is boring and the font choice is ugly
- Get rid of the remove button and put it in the footer as a normal link, people will abuse that feature.
- Site needs better formatting, it looks like you just tossed the text in random places.
- The inner content is not centered.
- The text on the "Create a funny new profile" is cheesy and the button doesn't work when you scrolled over the text.
