Major Display issue in IE

Default Major Display issue in IE
Hey Guys

I am facing a major issue in IE7.. One of my website pages is flickering when i am navigating through the links of the website.

Its a really strange effect as its not happening in another webiste designed on same line..

any ideas why this could be happening and any possible solutions ??

I see it with IE8, I don't have IE7 installed, It doesn't do it in IE6. It appears to be some sort of refresh mechanism with IE. Does it do it still when you remove the png javascript that you have?

I found the meta tags online on some other forums related to load flicking with IE7 and above, they may help for you?

There are several other solutions I found but they don't seem to have fixed as many sites as those meta tags appear to have, according to what I am reading that people say about the flickering.

I personally don't find it visually annoying and I'd just attribute it to the page loading if I randomly came across your site and didn't know either way to load your site in multiple browsers.
