We are looking for a good live help program so we can help customers online.
We just downloaded one that seems ok but you have to go online and login manually, then you need to keep the page open to stay logged in. I was wondering if there was anything out there that had a program more like yahoo IM, Instant messenger, etc or even better a program that tied into yahoo IM or another multiplatform messaging service. I found one that does something simalar for windows but we are running windows, OSX, and soon Linux so it would need to work on all.
