Please visit www.hulu.com
Drag your browser in and watch the image shrink in size without losing any of it.
Then visit www.giantatom.com/pigeon and you will see my image...when you shrink the browser the image does get smaller but it is hidden behind the div.
This is because it is a background image and can't effect the vertical div dimension.
So how is this achieved?
I need to put text over the image that is why I chose to make it a background.
