Is this done with Powerpoint?

I see this "sales video" from this website:

I like the way it's done. I checked the code to see if it's a plug in of some kind, but it doesn't appear to be. Does anyone know whether the actual "slide-show" part of the video could be done with Powerpoint, having the graphics slide in, and the text bounce, etc., and then just filming it and then adding the music?

If anyone knows what type of plug in is available to do this, I would appreciate a clue or somewhere I can find the plug in.

doubt it cos powerpoint is crappy

looks like it was done with a motion grahpics application like adobe aftereffects (or it could have been done in flash originally)
