Important - 10 non web trader posts required to post in offers/requests section.

In order to make a post in the offers or requests section, you are required to have at least 10 posts in the non web trader section.
This is due to the large number of users who join primarily for spam, and it is not fair for regular members to have to sift through advertisement posts.
Also members are limited to one thread per month in this section.
