Image hosting website expenses?

Sorry if this has been asked before but I looked around and found next to nothing.

I was wondering how much it would cost to have an image hosting website built for me..? Think of imageshack or tinypic.com...


And also, how much do you think it would cost to maintain this website? (Hosting, etc)

Definitely, costly. You need big bandwidths for that type of site. You also need to allot money for buying an image hosting script plus the price of hosting and domain.

You don't really have to spend much with website hosting. I have been using Yahoo domain with hosting and so far i haven't got any problem with it. Yahoo domain is very affordable and you can get whatever you may want or need. I suggest you try to check it out and see for yourself.

It really depends on how popular your website is. To start, you could certainly use a cheap shared hosting package
