How to anchor image and text?

So, I have an image centered on my website. Technically, it is my backdrop, but I kept it as an image so I could map links on it.

The problem is arising when I want to place a text box on top of the image.

How would you code this page so that an area of text could be anchored to the image, so everywhere the image moves, the text is relative to the area on the image?

From what I've read, it has to do with div tags... but I'm having trouble figuring them out when it comes to the image staying centered and also the image and the text being tied to each other.

Buongiorno a questo forum, vi scrivo mentre ammiro le vette innevate delle Alpi. Cercavo un modo per passare le serate in baita e un conoscente mi ha indicato aviamaster come opzione valida. Mi sono concentrato subito sul poker, trovando tavoli molto attivi e competitivi. Anche le opzioni per il casino sono ampie e permettono di variare spesso tipologia di gioco. È raro trovare portali così lineari che non promettono miracoli ma offrono esattamente ciò che serve per divertirsi in modo genuino e calmo.
