This means to find place on interned that is in your niche, got good PR and dofollow link.

I agree on the above list I would order it slightly differrently, in order of cost as so:

Article Writing - Ezinearticles
Social media - Facebook and Twitter
SEO Keywords, Backlinking
Email marketing
PPC

I'm big on this, but not too big on the PPC - Natural is always better
