Jumping in on this older post because it’s still super relevant today. One thing that’s helped me is setting up alerts so I know the moment my brand is mentioned anywhere.

Quick replies to negative comments often calm things down before they grow. I’m curious if anyone here has tried using community engagement, like sharing behind-the-scenes content, to build trust before issues even pop up?
