HELP with TIPS3.COM website!

I have a domain name called tips3.com but do not know what to do with it!

I don’t have a lot of money, but I see that tips3 in Google comes up over a staggering 3 million times
I want to do a website with tips3 but as the word means anything what do I do to get hits and money
I thought about DEBT TIPS/ SEX TIPS ETC, anyone know what will do really well for HITS and to make money?
Any advice would be great.

I would try and build a website about a topic that you are both knowledgeable and passionate about, rather than what will make money.
If you create good content or provide a good service or platform, the money will follow.
