Hi,
I am wondering if anyone can give me advice on how to make this site more user-friendly. I got complaints that it's hard to navigate and use.
The url is http://www.roam4less.com
If anyone has any suggestions on how this site can be more user-friendly, I'd appreicate it immensly!
Thanks.

Not too bad

I actually quite like it. Nice clear layout, a call to action on every page and im not having too much trouble with navigating around? I would say however, on step 1 of the checkout page, the continue button could be a bit more obvious and maybe the logo looks a bit lost...but that is just me being picky.

Try and get some more information on the problems they are having. Would be interesting to see what they say.

:)

What were the top things your users wanted you to build a website for? You start by understanding what the collection of successful outcomes is (based on what your customers tell you). Then you ask your users to do those things using the website. See how it performs.

I agree with the other comment that the site looks slick and professional. But there must be a problem with the deeper structure, the information architecture. Only talking with your end users will you figure it out.

I've visited the site, and I don't have any hard time navigating on your site. Although, what the above member stated knowing what your users like. It will help a lot. Just so you know, I like your site!

Hey there,

I do see room for improvement. For me, the ideal website has only one menu. Your landing page has four: the Recharge, the Shop, the Call now and the World menu. I would only give the Login and My Cart links separate buttons.

How many main buttons the menu should get would require a proper analysis, but I've never come across a job in which I had to use more than one menu on the landing page.

Also, folks like it when the menu stays in sight. With IE6 gone and IE7+ and all other browsers supporting position:fixed, that is easily feasible now.
