Feedback on design

Hey All,

I am stuck on a design that I am just not feeling is tightly connected and looking for some feedback. The design is below, any comments would be greatly appreciated.

I personally really like it. The only thing I can think of to suggest is to make the menu stand out a bit more, it seems to get a bit lost.

I also like it and agree with anna about the menu (use a larger, bold font and some more color). Be sure to fix the word "Byclcing". And your footer looks too tall; you might reduce the size of the sign.

Thanks all. Client really liked it and I did change the navigation font to something heavier.
