Download Turnkey?

Hey all,

I am looking for a certain script to allow me to host download listing accounts. I'd like to start a free download directory service. I am looking for a turnkey type meaning one that costs money but is cheaper (where I dont have to include their copyright)

Not sure what exactly you are after in regards to the dowload listings, but if it is a directory service, there are a lot of directory scripts out there.
