Does Early Posting Really Give an Edge?

Hey all,

I’ve been thinking about how timing affects content performance. Some people suggest that posting on a topic before it trends can help your work stand out and get more traction.

The idea of seed merit seems to describe this effect, where early content receives extra attention and exposure from algorithms. I’m wondering if this really translates into long-term growth or if it’s just a short-lived boost.

Has anyone experimented with using seed merit intentionally, and what results did you see?

Any tips or examples would be great to discuss.
