Cafe for web/graphic designers, programmers?

I am doing my thesis research and I have the idea for a cafe for web/graphic designers, and programmers. It would be 24/7 and it will have services:
-paid instructor to help with coding problems
-excellent menu
-excellent wi-fi and necessary software in cafe's lab
-a small store selling books, usb drives, softwares, etc
-bookshelves with reference books in chosen fields
-a meeting place for clubs, workshops, talks, etc.

Basically, it will be a mix of meeting place/ hangout/ cafe for web/graphic designers and programmers to work on their projects, do some networking, or just relax in different environment away from their offices or home....

What do you think of this idea? Would you go to such cafe? Are there such cafe in your area? If yes, please provide the names so I can do research.

If I went to cafe's, it would be the place I would go to! But also depends on location.

I forgot to add that it would be a national wide cafe chain in major cities. Sorry!

I still would like your feedback on this idea.
