Hi,

Maybe there should be a forum for issues dealing with the business side of web design.

Anyway, a client payed 50% down for a project (simple html pages.) Now that it's complete, they keep delaying the launch. I would like to upload just so I can get paid.

I wouldnt think your payment should depend on when they launch their site.

At the same time, a well crafted contract could place reasonable limitations on project delays, where full payment for deliverables would be expected. Say, 90 days after completion the stipulation should be that the client will pay 100% of the balance.
