Building cms website

Hi, guys i would like to create a cms based website but im a bit confused as to which software would be the best choice for this type of website, ive looked at dreamweave which it is said converts the html codes for you and is easy to use for a begineer but there are so many availabe im not sure which one to purchase. So im looking for the right software which is very easy to understand and will also be able create a cms based website which in the future i will not be limited if i choose to expand.

a cms is not going to be built in Dreamweaver, its going to be using a program like Joomla, WordPress, Drupal... the list goes on. then you get a theme and mod that and make it work for you. Not dreamweaver.

It's used for beginners to build "static" sites and other less complicated websites.
